  • Abstract
    Creativity is the basis and source of innovation, which is the motive force to be engaged in research field. In this paper, we will explore the process of university research team creativity from macro perspective by using Logistic equation. The process can be divided into start-up stage, growth stage, maturity stage and decline stage. Reveal the key point of knowledge management for university research team by analyzing evolutionary process and evolutionary speed curve of every stage. At last, put forward the promotion strategies of university research team creativity.
