EIC vounteer profile

Chuck first attended the EIC in 1983 while working for Westinghouse, and has been to many (perhaps all) of the gatherings since. He is a member of the PES, DEIS, IAS and the Electric Machinery Committee of the PES, and is very active in standards development. He is currently chair of the Materials Sub-Committee of the EMC. He is also the Chair of Working Group P1776 (combination of P275 and P429), which was recently issued and deals with evaluating the thermal properties of insulation systems, and is past chair of Working Groups P522 and P792. He is also a member of IEEE Working Groups 43, 56, 117, 434, 1310, 1415, 1434, and 1553.
