Abstract :
A novel method of coherently power-combining four identical monolithic microwave oscillators is presented. This central injection locking scheme achieved a 4.4 dB oscillator output power gain with low noise characteristics. The processing repeatability of the monolithic oscillator minimises the phase adjustments required in power combining.
