Abstract :
As announced in the August issue, a two-day Institute meeting will be held at the Planters Hotel, in St. Louis, Mo., under the auspices of the St. Louis Section, on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 19 and 20, 1915. There will be four technical sessions; namely, at 10 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, and 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20. The following papers will be presented:
