Abstract :
Hendrik W. Bode, former vice president of Military systems engineering, died last week at his home in Cambridge, MA. He was 76. Bode, who retired from Bell Labs in 1967, was the author of a classic book in its field, Network Analysis and Feedback Amplifier Design, written while he was with the company.
