Abstract :
This is a combined reprint of section 117 of the Copyright Law of 1976 and of the short explanatory statement common to both Senate Report 94–473 and House Report 94–1476. In essence, it simply preserves the status quo of any author´s rights or restrictions based in law on December 31, 1977.
