  • Abstract
    As a key factor and resources, tacit knowledge has been highly recognized by the enterprise.it is a unique significance to obtain and maintain sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises.Based on the Comprehensive analysis of tacit knowledge diffusion characteristics and tacit knowledge diffusion model. It presents the set factors influence of enterprise tacit knowledge diffusion. Then it uses the ISM method, and establish the interpretative structural model. It analyzed and evaluated of the key factors of the influence of enterprise tacit knowledge diffusion. It can help enterprises to improve tacit knowledge diffusion efficiency, and improve the ability of knowledge innovation.It formulates the corresponding management measures to develop the ability to organize. It obtain sustainable competitive advantage and realize sustainable development.
