Abstract :
The purpose of this issue of JSTQE is to highlight the advances in materials, devices, and applications in the THz domain in the past three years. The papers published in this issue cover a broad technical areas including: 1) generation and power scaling; 2) detectors and detection systems; 3) metamaterials and plasmons and; 4) imaging and spectroscopy.
