Abstract :
This paper investigates the problem of achieving any given detection performance through combining multiple independent low-precision sensors with uncertain parameters. It shows that the achievability is robustly guaranteed when the number of sensors is above some level. An example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.
