Abstract :
Field troubleshooting, to the component level, of microprocessor-based products designed with Hewlett-Packard´s new signature-analysis service technique has been greatly simplified. Using the 5004A Signature Analyzer instrument, faulty bit streams can be located in microprocessor-based circuits with an accuracy of 99.998 percent.
