The two hundred and thirty-third regular meeting of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, was held in the auditorium of the Engineers´ Building, 33 West thirty-ninth street, New York, Friday, January 8, 1909. President Ferguson called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
