New product applications: Three-chip, 32-bit mainframe has 1 terabyte virtual memory address space

The IAPX 432 32-bit mainframe comprises two processors implemented in three VLSI chips, each packaged in a 64-pin quad inline package. The family also includes a new language (Ada) and a multifunction application executive (iMAX) ¿ all designed within a common architectural framework.
