Abstract :
David E. Burns (M) is supervisor of Bell Laboratories´ switching technology group in South Plainfield, N.J. He is responsible for developing quality assurance programs for new technology switching products. Mr. Burns received his B.S.E.E. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1970 and an M.S.E.E. from Stanford University in 1971.
