  • Abstract
Discusses whether a peaceful nuclear power development-and, in particular, the nuclear fuel cycle associated with it-might encourage proliferation of nuclear weapons, and if so, how this danger could be minimized. An experimental system of sensors communicating with a central computer for worldwide monitoring of nuclear facilities is described.
