Your hard work [President´s Message]

Over the past few months, the IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) has been involved in many activities that are either related to or mandated by the IEEE. All organizations must undergo five-year reviews of their operations and their publications. SPS sailed through both with high marks! Our publications are among the most respected and fastest publishing. Our scores in the Thomson Scientific Journal Citation Report reflect the quality of our authors, the efforts of our editorial board members and reviewers, the energy and expertise of our editors-in-chief, the strong leadership of our vice presidents for Publications, and the dedication of our staff.
