Abstract
Joint space-time parameter estimation methods are discussed for time-varying channels in a multipath environment. A spatiotemporal array manifold model is developed that makes it possible to apply traditional parameter estimation techniques for extracting both the angle and delay parameters from the observed data. The conditional Cramer-Rao bound (CRB) is derived for unbiased space-time parameter estimators
