Abstract
The World Wide Web is an information rich resource, now increasingly accessible in businesses as well as academe. Business process reengineering (BPR), often with an information technology focus, is particularly well served by WWW reports, case studies and information. This article gives an overview of how to use the WWW to gather information, and reviews WWW BPR information, including: researchers, practitioners and providers of enabling technologies.
