  • Abstract
    A fifth power-law circuit is presented and experimentally demonstrated. The core of the circuit is composed of several matched junction field-effect transistors. If the transistor pinch-off voltage is small, the power law can be efficiently realised with a simpler circuit which does not require a DC power supply
