Abstract :
With daily changing customer requirements and with personalized requirements play more important role in current services, it calls for in-depth and broader explorations about service customization. Nowadays, more and more service companies shift to mass customization mode to decrease service delivery costs, improve service capability and efficiency, and meet the growing variety of customer needs in a customer-oriented market. This paper proposes a four layer service customization framework, gives an intention centered service ontology model, and the service intention model is further explored. And to better configuring service requirements based on goal decomposition, service process template variability type is demonstrated.
