Abstract :
Based on the nonreciprocal magnetic domain wall (NMDW), we propose a method to achieve 2-D bends as sharp as 90 and 120. Numerical simulations reveal great transmission improvements induced by NMDW over wide frequency ranges in microwave regime. For 90 and 120 bends, the transmission improvements are from 69% and 48% to 95% and 91%, respectively. The bending structure is very efficient and compact in size, which makes the bend very promising for achieving high level integrated circuits.
