Abstract :
The large scale wind power impacts the power system increasingly. Researching the power system voltage stability considering wind power becomes a research focus. Based on fixed speed induction wind generator and double fed induction wind generator, this paper analyzes the impact of wind power on the power system voltage stability considering the different operating conditions and different fault locations of power system. The different types of wind power generator impact the voltage stability differently, the main impact factors of wind power are the capacity and the location. The effective measures of improving the power system voltage stability are proposed considering the simulation results.
