Abstract :
A two-stage, polarised, relative intensity noise-reduced fibre source which delivers 200 mW at 1.5 μm with 24.4 nm bandwidth is presented. A long period grating reduces the temperature dependence of the centroid wavelength to <0.2 picometers/°C
