Abstract :
This paper describes the implementation of a multi-standard video data slicer. It was designed to process data of a variety of services like teletext, closed-caption etc. in multiple video norms like PAL and NTSC. For achieving high performance, the concept is completely digital and contains a self-adjusting equalizer
