American Engineering Council Holds 20th Annual Meeting Representatives of the member engineering organizations of American Engineering Council met in Washington, D. C., January 11–12, 1940, for the 20th annual assembly of the joint organization. The program included reports of various committees, election of officers, and the annual All-Engineers Dinner, at which Doctor William T. Foster, director of the Pollak Foundation, Newton, Mass., was chief speaker. The 10th annual conference of engineering society secretaries was held concurrently.
