  • Abstract
The web site development and maintenance are cost sensitive to the profit and non-profit making organizations. Especially, with the exponential rate of growth of Entrepreneurs, refinements of content and feature have drawn significance attention. However, a formal measure of the effective usage of the existing web site is crucial in this regard. This measure as a tool may influence the further investment as well as refinement for more effectiveness of the web site. In this paper, a new framework OCCE has been proposed to organize the content of the web site synchronously with the view of the users. Along with it capture and summarize different type of the interactions of users. Then an evaluation strategy has been formulated for measuring the effective usage of the existing web site along with possible modification has been inferred.
