Abstract :
Single stroke hot deformation process was introduced for the first time in this study. A high performance anisotropic NdFeB magnet was fabricated by this new method from MQPA ribbon powder. Principal factors that influenced hard magnetic properties, temperature and deformation percentage, were investigated. Under optimum conditions, NdFeB with (BH)max of 28 MGOe was obtained
