Abstract :
This paper proposed an optimal energy configuration model considered reliability and economy under islanded mode, it analyzes the impact on reliability and economy of different operation strategy, energy storage (ES) capacity and diesel engine (DE) capacity based on Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) as well as adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The application in IEEE-RTS shows the effectiveness of the coordination between economic cost and reliability requirements with the proposed model which consider the characteristics of different micro sources and provide advices for optimal energy configuration.
