Abstract :
Computer and communication technologies may merge a few years hence, giving rise to a new science. Computers are being developed to help managers in decision-making with the aid of mathematical models. Computers to solve algebraic problems will come next. A further stage will be computers to test the hypothesis framed by a researcher.
