Abstract
The authors present an integrated circuit implementation of a simple and partly new RF power amplifier linearisation scheme based on power feedback. Experimental results show that the technique is well suited to the compensation of AM/AM distortion, and a reduction of 10 dB in the adjacent channel interference is achieved
