Abstract :
An exact formula is given for the probability distribution of a call delay in a private mobile radio (PMR) system serving a number of unbalanced groups of callers, i.e. groups offering different traffic loads, which generalises a recent result for balanced groups. This formula may help to dimension PMR systems
