Abstract :
The author comments on the paper by C. Unger (see ibid., vol.15, no.1., p.455-9, 2000). In particular the author discusses harmonic limits imposed on customers and MHz harmonic compatibility limits. Short duration harmonic bursts according the draft IEEE Guideline are also discussed. The original author replies to the comments.
