Abstract
In this work, by exploiting the concept of total signal-to-distortion power ratio (SDR), we propose a simple method for estimating the spectral regrowth of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signals due to the power amplifier (PA) nonlinearity based on the third-order polynomial model. The accuracy of the proposed approach is confirmed by both the simulation and measurement using a real PA.
