Abstract :
As researchers in academics, industry and the government, we routinely read papers from publications and attend conferences within our field of interests. These are the sources of inspiration, motivation and commitment. A paper gets published in a journal through many hands. First, the paper is submitted to the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of the publication. An Associate Editor (AE) is then assigned to handle the paper. Often, three to five capable reviewers are invited to offer constructive comments to improve on the paper quality and presentation.
