  • Abstract
    Simultaneous two-mode lasing operation for 0.56-3.4 THz beat signal generation is achieved from a single sampled-grating DBR laser by simply controlling the bias current. A high autocorrelation modulation depth and >30 dB suppression of the other cavity modes is demonstrated
