Abstract :
Piezoresistive paper-based force sensors were fabricated utilizing the spray-deposition technique. This technique provided an excellent measure to control the deposited material layer thickness. The sensitivity of the paper sensor was greatly influenced by the thickness of the resistor layer. The paper sensor also exhibited anisotropic responses depending on the direction of the applied force.
