Abstract :
The superconducting properties, phase chemical composition and crystal structure of Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O system sintered samples were investigated. Twostep resistive superconducting transitions with a 120 K Tc onset were observed. The dominant phase composition might be formulated as Bi2CaSr2Cu2+xOy where x =0.4-1.0, depending upon the heat-treatment procedure
