    As Alexander Graham Bell with the saying "Great discoveries and improvements invariably involve the cooperation of many minds" this word considered to what will be published in the Proceedings of the IEEE in 2010. Several ares of focus for 2010 including coverage of energy and development, advances in several areas of circuit technology, Internet vision, software applications, swarm robots, wireless sensor network, neural engineering, RFID, and sparse representation. Some additional special issues were soon to be published in 2011.
