Abstract :
The paper presents a basic model for far-field antenna measurements in the time domain. Its application to range evaluation, pattern reconstruction and pattern error correction is discussed and illustrated with measurement results. The model parameters are the number of responses in the measurement and associated arrival times and amplitudes. Such parameters are solved with super-resolution techniques. Since the measurements are performed in the time domain, the applications of the model require only a single measurement, reducing the overall measurement time and cost
