Abstract :
This work concerns the influence on photoenhanced currents of the diffusion of excitons as well as of charge carriers. It is shown that both kinds of diffusion are important for photoenhanced currents in the case of thin samples. Experimental results obtained on tetracene layers confirm this conclusion
