An ontology is a formal representation to that specifies the vocabulary of a domain. That Semat AIMS is an initiative to create a kernel and a scalable and extensible language for Describing the essential elements of the Existing and future methods. RUP is a development methodology based in iterations that answers the questions what, when, who and how a software project evolves. In the literature there is a hierarchical structure of an ontology Semat similar to, but does not allow the Addition of competency questions. This article proposes the creation of the ontology of the language of graph Semat Represent in a structure to the concepts of Semat, a common basis for software engineering, exemplifying the RUP methodology.
