Abstract :
The solution of micromagnetic problems using finite difference techniques is complicated by the presence of stiff modes. Effective techniques have been developed to handle them if they can be identified. This paper presents a technique for identifying them and discusses how to accelerate their convergence. This technique can also be used to classify the solutions once they have been achieved
