John Roland covers the specification of high-voltage power supplies with main emphasis on electrical performance, static loading conditions, environmental considerations, and mechanicals aspects. Oil as a high-voltage insulator is discussed by Meade Bierley, and high-voltage circuit packaging is covered by Jan Askman.
