  • Abstract
    This paper proposes the concept of disaster avoidance control for forecasted disasters. This control is used to relocate objects to avoid or minimize the damage from forecasted disasters. This paper also illustrates a system for implementing the control and discusses the metrics used in the control. An experimental system for executing this control is also described.
