Abstract :
A dedicated interactive interface for realtime 3D sound movement is devised for embedded applications, which is composed of a DSP and a graphical user interface (GUI) to realize monaural-based 3D sound movements. This realtime 3D sound movement is run on a commercially available 16-bit fixed-point DSP, which is of computational complexity of 64.3 MIPS using a memory space of 11.7k words, so that this sound movement scheme can be used even for mobile applications.
