Abstract :
The principles of construction of transmit-receive modules of today´s active electronically scanned arrays (AESA) with analog and digital beamforming (DBF) are considered. A block diagram of AESA with DBF is given. The basic problems arising in design of digital transmit-receive module were analyzed. They are the realization of synchronization circuit, the choice of the components and semiconductor technology of perform of transmit-receive module.
