Abstract :
The info-communication network is studied in the present paper from the point of view of system approach as the main object of the new communication paradigm known as “info-communications”. The work covers a set of system tasks such as planning, control, reconstruction, identification of info-communication network and also offers general solution for the tasks as adaptation of a complex system.
