Abstract :
The analysis of a new class of antenna systems with variable array geometry and shape of the radiators is presented. It is shown that the most technologically advanced and least costly are reconfigurable microstrip antenna arrays. The numerical investigation results obtained by the original model based on the integral equation method and the periodical structures theory are considered.
