Abstract
As part of the development of the radio receiver module operating at ~ 1.6 GHz frequency we developed a microwave power divider circuit board made of DuPont Green Tape 951 Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC). Electromagnetic simulation of the divider in ANSYS HFSS is conducted, electromagnetic fields are calculated and S parameters are obtained.
