Abstract
The 3-mm wavelength phase-meter system for motion characteristics´ remote measurement is presented being based on dielectric passive structures and the dielectric waveguide antenna-feeder system. It operates on the basis of radiointerferometry principles. Some experimental results illustrating its applications are presented.
