Abstract :
Summary form only given The anisotropic NdFeB magnets with the maximum energy product of 38 MGOe were successfully fabricated by single stage hot deformation (SSHD) method from MQPA ribbon powders (commercial product by Magrequench Co.). SSHD is a one-touch hot pressing process which simplifies the traditional die-upsetting process and replaces sample die with Cu tube.
